Communities that protect the safety, health, and general welfare of its citizens through an aggressive code enforcement process are among the best communities in the country.

The Taft Code of Ordinances contain a number of sections that describe the responsibilities of citizens in keeping Taft a safe and attractive community. These can be requested at City Hall.
